It is time to push pause and indulge ourselves in 1000 Seconds of Silence. (~ 17 minutes)

Here are just a few of the reasons silence can help us lead better lives:

  • Silence can help calm our minds and improve our sleep

  • Silence can help lower our blood pressure

  • Silence can stimulate our creativity
