Welcome to Day 3 of the Million Second Challenge (TM) number one, E N E R G I Z E.
Our goal with this challenge is to enhance your vitality in 12 days or less. That is about a million seconds.
Day 1, we focused on our future self.
Day 2, we learned how to excuses into barriers and then overcome those barriers.
Now, it is time to learn how to Stockpile Health (TM).
Stockpile Wealth is a phrase often repeated in the context of retirement. It is important to have financial resources later in life but even epic wealth can’t buy your health.
That’s why we should Stockpile Health (TM) whenever we can. Too often we think of our health as only our physical health. We must also consider our mental, social and spiritual health to live our most vital lives,
We will focus on stockpiling health in all forms. We will review specific, actionable and always scientific ways to improve your physical, mental, social and spiritual well-being. The goal of our journey is to enhance your health and vitality in a million seconds or less. (About 12 days)
