Day 4: Exercise Relentlessly Part One

Exercise Relentlessly.

That is a mantra almost all of us could incorporate into our lives. It can be considered the fountain of youth.

People in their seventies that have exercised relentlessly have leg muscle tissue that is indistinguishable from leg muscle tissue of active people in their thirties. This means your musculoskeletal system is modifiable until the day you die.

Physical activity also improves your mental health. Large studies of studies know as meta-analysis papers have confirmed there is a positive correlation between physical activity and mental health. (See graphic below)
