Day 6: Live at your ideal weight.

Yesterday, we learned why muscle matters.

Today, we will focus on another component of your physical well-being.

Flexibility, strength and endurance are crucial components of your vitality.

But, Sleep, diet and weight, however, trump them in terms of impact.
